Malfeasance at Mawr Community Council

To Trustees of the Newlands Family Trust for information. As a native of Mawr and the resident Armiger of Mawr and surrounding areas I would like to point out that the people responsible for this are incomers, not the Welsh speaking and law abiding natives. They are frequently hostile to the Welsh speaking natives. The totally non resident Armiger in Mawr is the Duke of Beaufort, my distant cousin, with whom I am not acquainted. I am a fluent Welsh speaker descended from the brother of Gruffudd Gwyr (Gruffudd Lord of Glyn Tawe and Gower) and born in this house. I distance myself completely from the Community Council and the County Councillor. Malfeasance for four years is disgraceful.

1) Why has its Councillors not all resigned following the 15th January 2015 report of the Wales Audit Office, which found continuing failures in governance, arrangements and many inadequacies? These have been going on since 2011. The Council could not be reached for comment. It was ordered to call a public meeting to discuss these disgraceful failures with a month.
2) Why cannot the Council maintain law and order in Mawr, and why does it not cooperate with the Police and Armiger to investigate recent common assaults on a world renowned scientist, namely myself? Why are there no double yellow lines, why are cars allowed to park right across pavements? Why are there no speed restrictions? Why does the Council not pretest strongly at the recent common assaults on myself as Armiger? There has been international protest and disgust at the ethnic attacks which accompanied these common assaults. In my opinion As Armiger the assailants should be arrested, have been twice warned by the police.
3) Why does the Council take no notice of my renowned work in science, despite being kept fully informed of it as a matter of politeness? This has made Mawr famous throughout the world.
4) Why cannot some Councillors speak or read the Welsh language? Why do they not learn it?
5) How many Councillors have been elected, and if so by what percentage of the electoral register? In the records of Swansea County Council I can find none that have been elected. I have found seven uncontested Councillors, four of whom almost immediately resigned, splitting the Council in two.
6) Why has the Council allowed the protected ecology of Gelliwastad to be destroyed by bikes and heavy four wheelers, and by horses straying off the bridle path for many years? Why has the Council not supported my eight year long battle against these vandals, often in dangerous conditions? Why has it not put up gates and fences, or TV cameras?
7) Why has a member of the Mawr Development Trust falsely accused me publicly. His accusations were removed from public view after international protest. This is disgraceful conduct.

There is no effective Local Government in Mawr and I am entitled as Armiger to participate in governance voluntarily. This is my duty as a member of the Gentry or untitled nobility. The Council will respect me as the only Armiger of Mawr and surrounding areas, appointed directly by Crown and Parliament at the discretion of Queen Elizabeth. Otherwise it is in contempt of both, as well as unable to govern or keep its finances in order. I suggest that it be disbanded and law and order reimposed in Mawr by the Welsh Assembly and Westminster Parliament

This is just a minor slip and does not affect the note. This equation gives the power absorption coefficient of the Beer Lambert law as:

where omega is the angular frequency, eps” is the dielectric loss, n’ is the real part of the refractive index, and c is the vacuum speed of light. This equation is used in several hundred of the early Omnia Opera papers and books on www.aias.us. The second equation above was among the very first things I studied for my Ph. D. – during the summer of 1971 after I graduated the top first in chemistry. I was given the Ph. D. Thesis of G. W. F. Pardoe to study by Mansel Davies. It contained a description of the Debye plateau – the limit of the Debye theory where it becomes inapplicable in the far infra red. The Debye theory produces an unphysical plateau from the second of the above equations. I corrected the Debye theory using the memory function to produce an accurate description of the power absorption coefficient of liquids and other materials in the far infra red, and extended the method using molecular dynamics computer simulation which I helped pioneer at Oxford and Aberystwyth. The prestigious Harrison Memorial Prize and Meldola Medal of the Royal Society of Chemistry was awarded to me for this work. Those prizes are worth a lot more now. I became known as “Mr Far Infra Red”, being a lifelong Bevanite Socialist (a raving left wing radical). So now this same type of equation has shown that photon mass must be non zero in any absorption, including of course the far infra red.

Increasing Interest in UFT300

There has been a sharp increase in interest in the most recent papers of the UFT series on the Evans / Morris shifts, which in my opinion should be nominated for a Nobel Prize, Wolf Prize and Milner award of three million dollars. These are UFT278, 279, 280, 289, 290, 291 and 300. The most popular paper is UFT300, in which the shifts are explained by a simple but profound combination of the Planck distribution and the Beer Lambert law. This is a severe and critically important test of the foundations of the quantum theory. The Evans / Morris papers are being read at the rate of 3,732 times a year at present, and again by the best in the world. UFT300 also explains the cosmological red shift without Big Bang (see also UFT49). I will now proceed to writing up UFT304, which describes spectral splittings due to the Evans / Morris shifts, and which develops a general theory of photon mass from any absorption. This method immediately refutes the standard model and Higgs boson theory, because the latter is based on zero photon mass. That idea was an early piece of guesswork by Albert Einstein in 1905. The correct theory with non zero photon mass was given by Henri Poincare at almost exactly the same time. Zero photon mass is easily shown to be totally wrong, it leads to the E(2) little group of the Poincare group, first inferred by Eugene Wigner. There cannot be a Higgs boson, that idea was forced through by propaganda. I am sure that they are going to really like me for writing these things, but that is science. Otherwise we have the weirdest dogma imaginable at astronomical expense. The real science of AIAS is almost all voluntary and costs the taxpayer £2,400 pounds every year, my Civil List Pension.

Interest Yesterday from “The Times” of London and UC Irvine in UFT88

There was a visit yesterday from “The Times” – interested in the 2005 award of the Civil List Pension. There have been many visits from the BBC over the past decade, and there was another one last week. Yesterday a staff member or student at University of California Irvine studied UFT88 which refutes the Einstein theory straightforwardly by use of torsion, a geometrical property unknown to Einstein until Cartan inferred it about six years after the 1915 field equation of Einstein. In fact this equation was immediately criticized by several distinguished scholars and effectively rejected. This is not known to the general public. It is meaningless because it neglects torsion, and has been replaced by the ECE equations in the Engineering Model (UFT303) and the x theory of 2014. It is reviewed in “The Principles of ECE Theory” (UFT281 to UFT288). This new book is already being read at the rate of 4,200 times a year, and UFT88 is being read at the rate of 1,500 times a year, AND by the best in the world. The Einstein field equation is in fact dogma, being kept alive by the media. The latter does not understand it and preaches to people who also do not understand it. This is the precise opposite of Baconian science.

Study Visits from the Best Universities in the World in January 2015

In the following list the * denotes repeat visits up to 27/1/15: Cambridge*, Imperial, Caltech, MIT, Princeton, U Penn, Texas, Washington*, Wisconsin Madison, ETH Zurich, Toronto* and Tokyo. The top twenty nine Universities in the world are selected from the Webometrics and Times Higher Education World Rankings as attached. There are many opinions on the top universities in the world, sometimes Caltech is chosen, with over thirty Nobel Laureates, sometimes Oxford and Cambridge, sometimes Harvard. ETH is generally considered the best polytechnic in Europe, closely followed by Imperial College London, the Swiss Federal Institute (EPF) Lausanne, RTWH Aachen, Ecole Polytechnique and so on. Staff and students from all of these top universities and institutes study ECE theory all the time, and have done since inception of the theory in March 2003 in Craig Cefn Parc, Mawr in Wales. The top small institute in the world by impact is AIAS / UPITEC. The ECE theory has been nominated for many prizes: Nobel, Wolf and Milner, and many medals, for example: the Priestley Medal of the American Chemical Society (its highest award), The Copley Medal of the Royal Society (its highest award), the Davy and Royal Medals of the Royal Society, and the Debye Medal of the American Chemical Society. The ECE theory was partly the reason for the award of a Civil List Pension in 2005, and Armiger rank in 2008. Other medals include the Harrison Memorial Prize and Meldola Medal. So congratulations again to all AIAS / UPITEC staffs.

Book of Scientometrics Updated to 27/1/15

This is updated as usual before the main file is overwritten on the first day of the new month (tomorrow). There is a phenomenal amount of interest as usual. The complete returns for January will be in in two days’ time and we now know that they can be multiplied by a factor of 1.6 (rather than 1.5) to obtain the complete total for www.aias.us, www.atomicprecision.com, and www.upitec.org. There is a factor of 1/ 31 to allow for an estimated one day lost by the timer as it changed over from December to January. So the complete factor is 1.632. As usual there were visits from many of the world’s top universities. These highly accurate scientometrics show that ECE is the new physics.

Feedback Activity for www.upitec.org and www.atomicprecision.com 2014

Congratulations to Sean MacLachlan and to the executives of UPITEC: Horst Eckardt (President), Sean MacLachlan (Secretary) and Alex Hill (Director). All AIAS Fellows are also UPITEC Fellows. UPITEC is the U. S. equivalent of AIAS and is registered as a not for profit organization in Boise, Idaho, U. S. A. Sean works for Hewlett Packard in Boise, Idaho and was the designer and webmaster of www.aias.us and helped with its phenomenally successful blog. Sean owns www.atomicprecision.com and www.upitec.org, which together returned 500,371 hits last year, (2014), compared with 1,831,234 for www.aias.us . However, 999,110 of the AIAS hits were due to a jammed site originating in China, so the corrected estimate for www.aias,us is 840,134 for 2014. So the total number of meaningful hits for all three sites last year is 840,134+500,371 = 1,340,505. So about 60% of the total number of hits for ECE theory come from www.atomicprecision.com, and www.upitec.org. So I can increase the factor 1.5 I use every month to 1.6. Over the last two or three years the actual total number of hits has therefore been underestimated by about 10%. The hits totals here are estimated by Webalizer 2.01, which gives almost exactly the same total of hits as Weblog 2.53 for www.aias.us. This is indeed phenomenal in the real sense of the adjective, whose noun is phenomenon from the classical Greek verb phainein, “to shine”. Pythagoras would have had a hard time doing this with his type of geometry. So congratulations to all AIAS / UPITEC staffs!
