Many thanks again. I did a literature search about the Taylor expansion used in the Lamb shift calculation. This is the vector Taylor expansion in three dimensions and tensorial algebra and directional derivatives are needed in general. The result to second order is the same as the Lamb shift calculation, but I need to clarify the meaning of the three dimensional Taylor expansion wth a few examples. It contains a lot more information than the usual one dimensional Taylor expansion of the textbooks. I have been working on this today and will continue tomorrow. The three dimensional Taylor expansion is correctly given in Eq. (3) of Note 395(7). The result (10) is correct, and can be applied to any scalar function f. You might like to experiment with a few functions (potentials and fields of various kinds) and at a later stage the higher order terms can be added. These higher order terms have to be worked out carefully. Having read around the subject today it has become clear that the notation used in the three dimensional Taylor series is tensorial. So delta r dot del in Eq. (3) has a special tensorial meaning, so does (delta r dot del) squared and so on. I will clarify this tomorrow in the final note for UFT395.

I changed the factors and the operators del^4 and del^6 as discussed. The single terms generated by del^2, del^4, del^6 are quite complex as expected. Now we have the surprising result that there are no fluctuations in 2nd, 4th and 6th order, probably the vector potential is free of fluctuations. Did we ever inspect the Coulomb potential concerning fluctuations? Perhaps we should do this.

I calculated the fluctuation terms of the magnetic vector potential. There is no fluctuation in 2nd order. The fourth and sixth order do contribute.

How do I have to interpret eq. (7)? Is this a product of derivatives which leads to mixed derivatives of type
d^2/dX^2 d^2/dY^2
etc.? Then I have to modify my calculations.

Many thanks for copying this e mail to me. I think that UFT311 and UFT364 by the Muenich group are particularly encouraging because ECE theory has been shown to explain the Ide circuit precisely in UFT311, and UFT364 replicates the circuit, which is patented. UFT382 and UFT383 describe new circuits. I agree that this kind of cooperation is the way forward, it just needs organization. I do not think that there i sany conspiracy theory, it just needs an approach to a comapny or funding agency, together with demonstrations. It is possible to raise funds by floating a new company, but that company must have a patented and industry tested circuit. Then it simply manufactures and sells the circuit.

thanks a lot for your kind and exhaustive reply.

I have just some few comments:

-energy from vacuum: I know that in Germany professor Marcus Reid and prof Claus Turtur are working on the possibility to technologically harness such energy.

Also the late Stefan Marinov was working on it in cooperation with a German company before (mysteriously) passing away in 1997.

I believe that both the formers and a lot of others are working as you said by using private founding but targeting completely different devices. I’m of the opinion that it should be desirable a sort of “alliance” and connection between those different researchers of this topic in order to properly circulate information and maximize results considering the founding limitations.

Thanks to ECE theory I believe that how to achieve space-time resonances has been clarified once for all, but the biggest challenge is still to close the energetic cycle of a technological device.

I’m sure that this achievement has already been reached by other researchers/inventors in the past, but details are hidden from the general public.

I’m not a fan of conspiracies, but knowing the monolithic interests that are behind the actual energy marked, I would not be astonished if one day we discover that such a cover up was pursued intentionally. For this reason, if I can suggest something, I would be very cautious before publishing any result in case your team will reach the final goal.

-Gyroscopes and linear momentum violations: this is a very interesting aspect of mechanics. I remember when I was studying it in university, the sensation that something “magic” and mysterious was around the gyroscope despite the tons of equations spent in books. The astonishment is even bigger if one handles a spinning top in his hands (a similar sensation of mystery you can have by looking a Crooke’s radiometer spinning…).

There are a lot of claims in literature about apparent violation of linear momentum by gyroscopes and weightless behavior. My question is: How is it possible that such an over-studied device (Euler, Lagrange, Kovaleskaya…and many others) that is also extensively applied in technology since more than 100 years (cannon bullets, ship stabilizers, planes and more recently satellites) has never attracted the attention of the scientific community due to its allegedly anomalous behaviors ? this is another mystery to me.

-ECE books: thanks a lot for the links. The first I had red since long time, the second I’m reading it now. I was particularly struck by the final discussion about the non existence of the background cosmic radiation and it’s very probable terrestrial origin (oceans). Your explanation sounds very reasonable and satisfactory to me (using your words: “everything is cooler and in the light of reason” J). I was grown with the fairy tales about COBE satellites outcomes and that was the truth for me since “yesterday”. Discovering now, at the age of 40, that those were all lies (saying nothing about particle physics world and their expensive and useless accelerators), gives me a very bitter sensation. Discovering now that the scientific community is in such a carcinogenic-metastatic state….changes radically the way we have to look the world.

Of course it’s ok for me prof. Evans, I’m simply honoured.

I agree that by taking into account vacuum (eather) effects the whole physics changes face. That’s why physics is staked since Michelson and Morely misunderstood and wrongly interpreted experiment.
I’m also sure that by introducing vacuum role, the electrons orbit stability could be easily explained and we could get rid of the magic/absurd Quantum Mechanics that violates any logic law.

It has to be observed that the exponent of nabla appearing in terms like

(delta r * nabla) ^2

means the second derivative etc. You wrote this in the summary (11).Therefore all is o.k.

Yes, it is due to isotropic averaging, the final version of the calculations being given in Note 395(7), using a Taylor series expansion. To first order in <delta r dot delta r> the result is Eq. (10) of Note 395(7). This gives the Lamb shift using mode theory.

In this case www.statshow.com gives approximately the same result as the wordpress blog stats. Its Alexa rank has increased 89% in the past three months. WordPress describes its performance as outstanding, among the best of their blogs. In contrast the fruitcake site using the same www.statshow.com site analyser gets no traffic. It is very interesting to see that the German Government has introduced fines of up to $50 million for hate blogs carriers such as code word "fruitcake" and the power to block hate blog sites, trolls and all the rest of the devilish brew. I think that the German Government and other Goverrnments should prosecute codeword "fruitcake". Many of our readers know its real name.
