Information about Civil List Pensions

September 30, 2014

This is found on the Parliamentary site by googling “Civil List Pension”. Civil List Pensions are granted by the Head of State (Queen Elizabeth II) on the advice of the Prime Minister who is also First Lord of The Treasury. A list of new Pensioners is laid before Parliament, which must approve it by an Act of Parliament as part of the Civil List. The Treasury cannot disclose details of a Pensioner under the Data Protection Act. However the lists of new Pensioners every year can be found using portcullis in the Main Papers of the House of Lords and the unprinted papers of the House of Commons. By Act of 1837 the Pension reflects the personal gratitude of the Head of State, and of the countries of Britain, for most distinguished service. I chose to disclose all the information about my Civil List Pension. The initial nominator was the Royal Society of Chemistry, and the Royal Society also nominated as far as I know. The Prime Minister was Tony Blair. The international referees were all most distinguished and were Prof. Alwyn van der Merwe (United States), the late Professor John B. Hart (United States) and Prof. Bo Lehnert (Royal Swedish Academy). The word “pension” is used in a mediaeval sense of a retainer by the Crown (Head of State). In this sense the Head of State employs the Pensioner. The Pension is paid quarterly through the Royal Fund of the Treasury, which issues a P60. I was notified of the Pension by the Secretary of Appointments at the Prime Minister’s Office, acting on behalf of the Head of State. There are only about fifty Pensioners, so the appointment is a high honour commensurate with Order of Merit or Companion of Honour. A Civil List Pension once granted is never decreased or taken away. Mine has been increased twice. An O. M.or C. H. can be taken away for misconduct such as being sent to prison. No honour is ever taken away because someone does not like the recipient, or are obviously envious. The award of arms is made by the College of Arms after a petition is considered. Anyone can petition for a coat of arms, but one must be a very distinguished person or one who has made substantial contributions to society. The financial condition of a Pensioner is not considered, only the merit of the candidate. The Treasury asks for details of the financial condition of a Pensioner every two years. My financial condition is excellent, I am well on the way to becoming a dollar millionaire due to my own unaided efforts. These funds will be used for the Newlands Family Trust. I am a Member of the University of Wales holding a distinction higher than full professor – the Scientiae Doctor. It is very well known that the University of Wales system back in the seventies and eighties was corrupt. Now it is completely insignificant internationally. My own AIAS is number one in the world in many ways. My exclusion from tenure by the UW is due to corruption (Autobiography Volume Two). Some Pensioners are invited to a Garden Party at Buckingham Palace. My wife and I were invited and it was a pleasant occasion. Most Pensioners will not give any information and it is their right to do so. However I believe in being as open as possible. My main reason for resignation from UNCC was disgust, but I also suffer from acute uveitis which can lead to severe complications. So my health did not allow me to continue at UNCC. UNCC was severely condemned internationally and in effect the Award of a Civil List Pension puts it in very poor light – a bigotted and corrupt regime, wholly unAmerican and completely dishonest. I am a U. S. dual citizen, so I address the British Head of State as “Queen Elizabeth” according to well established diplomatic protocol.

Remarks by Doug Lindstrom

September 30, 2014

Thanks to Dr. Douglas Lindstrom, who has contributed an immense amount to the development of ECE theory. I looked up Lindstrom and read that is is Swedish, meaning “linden stream”. I recently read Amundsen’s account of the journey to the South Pole and a key figure of that expedition was Adolf Lindstrom, who could do just about everything. I think he was ship’s carpenter on the Fram and did everything to keep the base working on the Ross Ice Shelf. My own Scandinavian or Norman ancestry includes: Hopkin (diminutive of Robert), Havard (Norse Hoy Varde, of high worth), Newlands (probably from Trondheim originally), Awbrey (Alberic, Gothic), then the Normans and marriages with the Normans: Henry 1st Beauclerc (m. Nest ferch Rhys ap Tewdwr), Eleanor de Montfort (married to Llewelyn ap Gruffudd), de Turbeville, Gaunt d’Or (Elizabeth Gunter who married my earliest Edward Evans ancestor), Margaret Beaufort who married Henry VII’s father, descended from the House of Lancaster, and very many marriages of the Welsh Princes to the Normans, becoming the Cambrian Normans. My main lines though are the humble Evans and Jones. These were marriages for the sake of alliance.

I have no issue with any of this, and if it minimizes the time wastage and trouble caused by harassing all the better. We must be careful not to become dogmatists ourselves, down the road a ways. I don’t think that is an issue because we are all a bit (or a lot) rebellious. For me, I’ll blame that on my Scandinavian heritage

2) That the Einstein field equation be viewed as meaningless, and that all its solutions be rejected as meaningless. I have just sent over the now famous proof of this fact.
3) That all of physics, chemistry and engineering be developed with ECE theory.
4) I am appointed by Crown and Parliament as a Civil List Pensioner, so persistent abuse of basic international protocol, ethics, and norms of professional conduct is in contempt of Crown and Parliament.

I am prepared to post articles by Stephen Crothers that refute methods of solution of the meaningless Einstein equation because I think that Crothers is one of the best scholars in the world in this area and an AIAS Fellow. As he points out, his role is criticism and refutation, not development of theory. In over ten years the obsolete physics had failed to accept that its methods are based on wildly incorrect geometry. A tiny minority of dogmatists has indulged in a great deal of wholly illegal abuse, cyberstalking, organized malicious hearsay and inuendo, attempted blank censorship, and outright and hostile, openly written contempt of Crown and Parliament, but no scientific answer to the refutations by ECE – literally none. As can be seen from the Book of Scientometrics I recognize that universities, institutes and similar contain the intellectual elite (the top 2% roughly of the vast readership of ECE). The very fact that there have been a quarter million visits from these elite sectors mean that the incorrect part of the old physics is finished completely and permanently. Attempts will be made to teach it – but for no purpose. They will fall on deaf ears. Its funding has been halved in Britain over the past decade, with more cuts to come.

Blog of www.aias.us sets two record highs this month

September 30, 2014

This blog or diary of www.aias.us has set two record highs in September 2014, 7,912 viewings in the month and a new record high for average viewings per day in September of 265. It is on course to set a new record high of about 83,019 viewings in the year of 2014. The blog is my diary and contains nearly twenty thousand entries since Dec. 2006. The interest in it has more than tripled since 1/1/10 when these stats became available. In 2010 there were 26,991 viewings at an average of 75 a day, in 2011 41,027 viewings at an average of 112 a day, in 2012 71,498 viewings at an average of 195 a day, in 2013 71,459 viewings at an average of 196 a day, and projected for 2014 are 83,019 viewings at a current average of 229 a day. Since 1/1/10 there has been a total of 273,395 viewings from 171 countries. Combined with the site there have been visits from essentially all 190 countries of the world. The top five countries are Britain (80,996), USA (42,323), Canada (11,139), Germany (7,348), Australia (5,874) and France (5,218). So the interest is dominated by Britain, reflecting the broad cultural nature of the diary, for example Welsh affairs. The record high interest this month is due to the emergence of a new subject – three dimensional orbit theory, and the splendid graphics and meticulous checking work of Dr. Horst Eckardt. Not only checking, but also many ideas and inferences in his own right. The blog is kindly backed up on to pdf by AIAS Fellow Michael Jackson of Texas, and posted by the CEO of Annexa, David Burleigh of Arizona. Every quarter it is archived for conservation at the British Library from the National Library of Wales as an outstanding diary and part of an outstanding site, www.aias.us produced in Wales with international input of key importance. The archive is on www.webarchive.org.uk. There are plans for making the diary into an online book. It is already a classic of its type, similar to Kilvert’s Diary of my ancestral village in Powys, Cleirwy, or Clyro near Y Gelli Gandryll (Hay on Wye). Kilvert describes my great great grandfather Edward Evans, and his wife, Mary Anne nee Williams. He was given some blankets and wine as alms by the Curate Francis Kilvert, and she was described as “the handsome Mrs Evans, practically religious”. In a second entry of the early eighteen seventies, Edward Evans is feeling better. Kilvert’s Diary is a literary classic.

FOR POSTING: Definitive Refutation of the Einstein Field Equation – Flowcharts

September 30, 2014

It is simple to show that the Einstein field equation is meaningless, and the attached gives the refutation in the form of flowcharts. By now this is a famous refutation accepted by the vast readership of ECE theory over more than ten years.

Book of Scientometrics Updated to 28/9/14

September 30, 2014

This is attached and the update is to be found at the end as usual. This book is now well known and well read internationally in its own right and records 2% of the vast total interest: the 2% consists of universities, institutes and similar, for more than ten years daily. Up to 28/9/14 for www.aias.us there were 13,601 distinct visits, 74,840 files downloaded (hits), 50,720 page views, 13.46 gigabytes downloaded, 2,786 documents read from 91 countries, led by USA, Mexico, Romania, Slovakia, Britain, Germany, China, Australia, …. These data show that ECE has replaced the standard model of physics. The latter is obsolete and kept alive by dogma and governmental inertia. In other words there is no longer any purpose in funding the obsolete parts of standard physics. The Alex Hill company is funded by Fortune Fifty Corporations and uses ECE theory as a plausible theory. All of the translation work of Alex Hill is read or heard. All papers, essays, books and articles on www.aias.us are read or heard every month. This month, 2,786 documents were read or heard off www.aias.us in 91 countries. Over time, www.aias.us and its blog have been read in essentially all the countries of the world (about 190 of them). So congratulations to all staff for yet another first class performance in September 2014. The completed returns for September 2014 will be available in a couple of days.

Uveitis and Sarcoidosis

September 30, 2014

Many thanks! Your Scandinavian ancestry seems to have caused it. Uveitis is considered to be an emergency condition on the web because it can result in the loss of sight. It is all described in great detail on the web these days. Acute uveitis is easily seen because the entire eye is red with blood and the patient suffers from acute light phobia (acute pain from light). The usual treatment is a course of eye drops with steroids. Modern steroids appear to act very quickly. The light phobia has now gone, and there are only traces of blood but the course of 0.1% dexamethasone will last about six weeks, gradually decreasing. Another symptom is that the eye is painful if touched on the eyelid – because it is cut up on the inside. Floaters can occur from a variety of conditions, the most serious of which is a detached retina.

I’ve had that a few times in my life, but it cleared up fairly quickly so never worried about it. Never new what it was called, but associated it with getting some foreign object in my eye. I guess our ancestors stomped around the same campfires if one went back far enough. Take care.

Many thanks, I will keep myself in subdued light for a while, like a Rembrandt, but dexamethasone looks like a powerful steroid, which has already cleared up almost all of the blood in the front of the eye (anterior of the uvea) and relieved the light phobia (a sharp pain caused by light) and fragments in the uvea called floaters. Sarcoidosis is a condition that involves abnormal collections of cells, formed by an immune reaction that persists even after the antigen has been eliminated. Sarcoidosis affects people of Scandinavian or Icelandic background and is a way of proving my Norman and Norwegian ancestry in some lines. I can think of more pleasant ways of proving this. The NHS worked very well and quickly. After finishing the daily report this morning there was intense light phobia and my left eye was covered in blood, so I recognized the symptoms immediately. The Morriston emergency staff administered pain killers and examined the eye, then I was sent to Singleton to an emergency eye clinic, then to the pharmacy. I did not have to pay for anything and the NHS was quick and efficient. The condition first started in 1986, and persisted for almost four years, for example at IBM, so I had to contend with intense pain in the left eye a lot of the time. The condition did not affect my athletics at all. My first wife Laura and I went around a few clinics in the Hudson Valley, but none could cure it until we went to a specialist from Ithaca to Syracuse New York, who injected cortisone above the eye. That cured it completely for more than twenty years, then it recurred ysterday. The dexamethasone is far more effective and powerful. I realized that fast action was needed or I might lose the sight of the left eye. One of my direct line ancestors, Edward Evans, went blind, so it may be hereditary. In those days there was of course no free treatment or medicine, and medicine was in a primitive condition. It seems that ancient British as well as Scandinavian people are susceptible to sarcoidosis. The NHS saved my life when I was an infant, after an emergency operation in the same Morriston Hospital (Autobiography Volume One). Without the NHS I would just have been left to die because no one expected me to pull through. I am also anxious to look after my second wife, who is not in the best of health and is currently in Riga for very careful check ups. Obviously I am not going to tolerate the cheap jibes of infinitesimal bigots who have lost the scientific argument many times over. I left that pettiness behind years ago, and we have an overwhelming international vote of confidence in ECE and the work of AIAS.
