323(6): Calculation of the Earth’s Perihelion Precession

July 31, 2015

In this first, hybrid type, theory, the Earth’s perihelion precession is calculated from the general Lorentz transform by assuming that its velocity is cap omega x r where cap omega is the gravitomagnetic field. The method gives the observed precession of 11.45 arcseconds a year with a velocity for the Lorentz transform of 6.7685 ten power five metres per second. In the non relativistic theory where there is no precession, the orbital velocity of the earth about the sun is about 3 x 10 power four metres per second, or thirty kilometres per second. A more accurate method is to use a lagrangian analysis to derive the generally relativistic Binet equation. That will be the subject of the next note.

Examples of Contemporary Faux Pas

July 31, 2015

There are thousands of these in science, literature and art. The most important poet of the early twentieth century writing in English, Yeats, was dismissed in Ireland for having betrayed the Georgian style of “The Lake Isle of Inisfree” for example. I know what Inis Free means from Ynys y Brwyn in Welsh, the Island of Heather. The most important novelist of the twentieth century writing in English, Joyce, was banned in Ireland for many years. They were both Civil List Pensioners (Yeats 1911, Joyce 1916). Turner was dismissed as soot and whitewash, Jackson Pollock as a random dripper, van Gogh and Gauguin as wild beasts (les fauves), Dylan Thomas is still castigated in the Swansea area as an idle waster despite the crass commercialization of his name. Science is particularly prone to dismissing new ideas out of hand, nearly every new idea has been dismissed by some contemporaries or authority, starting with Galileo and Bruno. General relativity was dismissed out of hand by the classicists. ECE was subjected to a barrage of fraud and misrepresentation using the media. This has now faded away almost completely. Almost every single item of ECE and ECE2 now appears on the first page of google by using an intelligent selection of key words. Only history can judge properly, and the scientometrics show how history will judge. In our times science is far more intolerant than ever before, and pseudoscience is made into mediaeval idolatry. I am sure that some of my contemporaries would have burnt me at the stake opposite Aberystwyth pier if they could. These people have been long forgotten already.

Two Million Hits a Year

July 31, 2015

For 2014 there were 1,238,538 hits for For the three sites www.aias,us, and this total is increased by an estimated 60%, based on feedback data forwarded by Sean MacLachlan last January, as recorded on this blog. This gives about two milllion hits a year in total. There has been a plateau at this level for about eleven years and there was a very rapid rise up to the plateau during 2003. The initial paper UFT1 made a delta function impact. The complete data from May 2002 are attached, and all kinds of interesting graphs can be constructed. These scientometrics are famous in their own right worldwide because they are so accurate, detailed and sustained. Dave Burleigh takes great credit because he has kept the system going for well over a decade daily. Every early morning I go through about three thousand items manually, and filter them to give the daily report. So it is already clear that the work is of historical significance as well as making a meteoric impact. That is why the autograph manuscripts are valued at anything between five to ten million pounds. Contemporaries (especially rivals) cannot evaluate a contemporary very well, but the scientometrics are something wholly new, they are a window in to the future, and of very high statistical quality.

A million hits a year for AIAS alone is astonishing – it still amazes me that there can be so much interest in a physics website.

Final check of Lorentz transform

July 31, 2015

This is a final check with computer algebra by Horst Eckard of the basic mathematics of the general Lorentz boost. This is a very thorough check as usual by co author Horst Eckardt. I have used the results in Note 323(5) to explain the perihelion precession of planar orbits in terms of the general Lorentz transform of the ECE2 gravitomagnetic field tensor. This is an exact theory based correctly on the presence of both torsion and curvature. Einstein is completely obsolete for leading scholars because he omitted torsion and because he fails completely in whirlpool galaxies (e.g. UFT281). ECE and ECE2 are de facto the new unified physics because their scholarship is so thorough, and because the theory is rigorously Baconian.

Subj: Final check of Lorentz transform

I made the following check: In the general transformation matrix I set

beta_x = beta_y = 0.

Then I transformed J and A and compared the result with that of the
special transform in Z direction. After some manipulations it comes out
that both results are equal. That means, the apparently “missing” factor
gamma for J and A is not missing, it is only a different algebraic
expression for the same result.

323(5): Explanation of the Perihelion Precession with the Lorentz Transform

July 30, 2015

This note uses the general Lorentz transform of the acceleration due to gravity to deduce the general orbital equation in ECE2 theory, Eq. (6). This equation applies to three dimensional orbits in general, and to the whole of dynamics. In general it is highly non trivial to solve. The Lorentz transform is that of the generally covariant ECE2 field equations, which have a structure that is also Lorentz covariant. Eq. (6) is simplified to the case of planar orbits, giving the orbital equation (39). In this development the primed frame is considered to be the frame in which the axes are not moving, (the Newtonian or inertial frame), and the unprimed frame is the frame in which the axes are moving in general with a velocity v with respect to the unprimed frame. The plane polar coordinates are defined by the unprimed frame rotating in a circle with respect to the unprimed frame. So in this case v = omega x r and the gravitomagnetic field is – omega, where omega is the angular velocity perpendicular to the frame. In this case the Lorentz transform defines an effective potential eq. (59), giving the orbital equation (60) which could be integrated numerically. However, even in this simplified case, the numerical integration is a non trivial task, and it is easer to use the experimentally observed precessing orbit (63) defined by the x factor of previous work. At the perihelion this is related to the Lorentz factor by the simple Eq. (68). Therefore the precession of a planar orbit is due to the general Lorentz transform of the ECE2 field tensor of gravitomagnetism and general dynamics. This is a new kind of dynamics in which the concept of the Lorentz transform is applied to frames, and not particles.

A Boxer and a Fighter (Simon and Garfunkel)

July 30, 2015

You have to be a fighter to overturn dogma entrenched in concrete, it seems that all the disgraceful misrepresentation of ECE has been relegated to Ogof Ffynnon Ddu, fifty yards from my grandfather’s house, “Y Grithig”, opposite Craig y Nos Castle – the cave of the black outflow, the deepest in Britain. The boxer of the family is Ffloyd Havard of Craig Cefn Parc, superfeatherweight to lightweight British champion. I don’t approve of boxing unless there is a headguard and strict medical supervision, just a metaphor. Track athletics is a healthy sport, and very best wishes to the athlete Dick Evans with whom I used to train in Aberystwyth. Gareth still trains with him. I could outsprint Dick Evans but over any distance he would disappear on the far horizon, from 3,000 metres steeplechase to marathon.

Many thanks, we also have and, which are now duplicate sites owned by Sean MacLachlan. The Evans Morris papers are UFT 278-281, UFT 289- 291, UFT300, 304, 306-310, and UFT312 in English and Spanish. As you know they overturn dogma in several ways, and provide a rigorous new test of quantum theory, all based on the important experimental effects of G. J. Evans adn T. Morris, all recorded on this blog and in the national digital archives, They completely refute the Hawking theory, in fact all of Hawking’s theories are refuted by ECE.

Have sent the editors of this journal a bit more info.

Thank you. The only references (web links) that should be added are to the AIAS website – where all the ECE theory papers are collected:

and to the website of colleagues who are manufacturing and developing spacetime energy devices:

For the information of the editors of your journal, attachments to this message demonstrate some of the simple new observations with light referred to in the commentary.

Photo 1 shows focused sunlight shifted to red light by extra virgin olive oil. It is the chlorophyll in the olive oil that shifts all the components of the white light to the red – to the frequency at which photosynthesis takes place (at around 680nm).

Attachment 2 – reproduced with the kind permission of Robert Fosbury from his flickr website:

shows laser light at three different wavelengths shifted by chlorophyll in olive oil to this 680nm absorption. Plants must shift the frequency of light in this way to improve the efficiency of absorption and possibly to protect cells from uv ionising radiation (that is also shifted to the red).

This red shift during photosynthesis can be seen from space on a global scale:

ECE theory explains these frequency shifts in a new way (papers 279, 280, 289,290, 300, 304, 306, 308, 309, 310 and 312 in the uft series of papers on the AIAS website). Light always undergoes a frequency shift when it interacts with matter. The chlorophyll shifts reported above, using the three lasers, are reproduced with the theory on the AIAS website.

This may offer a new explanation for the cosmological red shift that does not require relative motion and does not imply an expanding universe and big bang.

Photograph 2 shows ordinary white torch light shifted to red in the same way by the chlorophyll in olive oil.

These are changes in frequency right across the visible spectrum (from blue to red) . Similarly large shifts are observed in certain crystals.

UFT88 read at Saarland University

July 30, 2015

UFT88 is a classic paper by Horst Eckardt and myself which corrects the Einsteinian relativity by correcting the second Bianchi identity for torsion, and developing Einstein into ECE and now ECE2 unified field theories. UFT88 has been read intensively (about ten thousand times since publication) in all the best universities and institutes in the world, including Scuola Normale Superiore in Pisa, where Bianchi and Ricci were students and staff members. Recently it has been developed into the already well studied UFT313 – 320 and UFT322. Currently we are working on UFT323. These are papers of the ECE2 theory, and are already being read about six thousand times a year worldwide. These papers are based on non zero torsion and curvature. The Einstein theory was based only on curvature and is thoroughly obsolete. The University of the Saarland was founded in 1948 in a cooperation with the University of Nancy where I worked with Prof. Jean-Louis Rivail as post graduate on a French Government bursary (Autobiography, Volume Two). Currently Saarland is ranked 376 in the world by Webometrics and 401 by Times Higher Education. It has 18,100 students. Recently a short paper by AIAS Co President Gareth Evans has been accepted for publication at Harvard, which is top cat by some rankings. It is currently ranked number one in the world by Webometrics and Times. My own former University Cornell is ranked number five in the world by Webometrics, and my former University Oxford is often ranked one or two. It all depends on which rankings you use. It is a matter of the individual, not the place. In any case I am really an Aberystwyth man, and the EDCL evolved into the AIAS. Usually you can’t tell a Harvard man anything, so many congratulations to Gareth Evans, honorary Co President of Room 262 situated above Grendel’s Cave, in which the electron microscope was housed.
