Breaches of Contract

September 30, 2009

From my point of view the following breaches of contract dilute the credibility of standard physics publishing to a very low point, especially in view of the intense and sustained international interest in the theory that they tried to censor. New laws must be enacted urgently against the kind of e mail harassment that led to these cynical breaches of contract, in total three of them. The book that they attempted to censor, “Generally Covariant Unified Field Theory”, now runs into six volumes, and the material in it is intensely studied all the time. So a boycott of these publishers is necessary, by authors and libraries, otherwise authors have little or no rights. The police have moved against one harasser, and barrister’s letters sent to another.

Breach of Contract by Springer / Kluwer

September 30, 2009

This contract was also cynically breached, and so I advise a boycott by authors of this publishing house. This also occurred after a campaign of e mail harassment. The matter can be taken to Netherlands arbitration.

Breach of Contract by World Scientific

September 30, 2009

This is breach of contract by World Scientific, which should be blacklisted by authors. I consulted legal opinion and was informed that World Scientific contracts are essentially useless.

Franklin Amador

September 29, 2009

He is an AIAS Director and works for industry. He was educated in California and kindly typeset three volumes of “Generally Covariant Unified Field Theory” voluntarily in his spare time. He is a valued Director of AIAS and attended the first TGA Gold Medal ceremony at Craig y Nos Castle in 2008. He is a capable electronics engineer, specializing in Kron circuit analysis. The University of Glamorgan negotiated to have him enrolled as a Masters student on ECE theory, but this process was interfered with unethically by a known e mail abuser of the standard model. This abuser has now been reported to the South Wales police and was identified as Akhlesh Lakhtakia, “Science Guy” on wikipedia. The police have formally cautioned another abuser whom we traced to Barry near Cardiff, “Arthur Dent”. In consequence of the failure of the University of Glamorgan to assess him properly, and its failure to stand up to unethical interference in its affairs, Franklin Amador started a very successful career in industry, and will shortly relocate to Japan. Students should be aware of the dismal state of standard physics, which allows incidents like this to happen, and I recommend that they go into other subject areas. Professor Emeritus Bill George of the University of Glamorgan was telephoned by Lakhtakia, and told the latter where to go. An example of Lakhtakia’s abuse is attached.

Professor Alkiviadis-Constantinos Cefalas

September 29, 2009

He is an AIAS Director and Director of Research in the National Hellenic Research Foundation, Institute of Theoretical and Physical Chemistry, Athens. He is the Greek national representative for nanotechnology in the EEC. On 20th October 2008 he invited me to submit a paper to a journal special issue on a nanoscience topic, and indicated that his colleagues and himself were aware of my pioneering work in ECE. On 21st October 2008 he was of the opinion that ECE would provide solutions to many problems in nanotechnology, for example self-assembled pattern stability in the 1 – 10 nm range, nanocrystallization, and the decoding of the laws and processes of building unit blocks. He is an eminent scientist and wikipedia’s characterization of AIAS as a virtual institute is meaningless. AIAS is one of the world’s leading institute of theoretical physics and associated subjects.

Precise Point of Collapse of the Standard Cosmology

September 29, 2009

This is the use of the incorrect connection symmetry (paper 122), equivalent to the use of zero torsion. In 2007 it was discovered using computer algebra that the metrics of the Einstein field equation do not obey the Bianchi identity (paper 93). In my shorthand notation (see this site):

D ^ T := R ^ q

and

D ^ T tilde := R tilde ^ q

This necessitated a complete rewriting of cosmology, available in papers 93 onwards. The standard model of cosmology has collapsed, and we are waiting for the main protagonists of that model to admit to failure. If they do not, I cannot recommend any student to go into theoretical physics. They can still go into astronomy of course, provided they use a correct theory such as ECE to interpret results. This is a wholesale disaster for much of physics, which has a long history of trying to cover up inconvenient facts. As early as 1918 Schroedinger and Bauer independently warned that something was wrong with the Einstein field equation. In 2007 this became glaringly clear by use of computer algebra based directly on well known geometry. It is futile and entirely wrong for these standard physicists to use a so called “encyclopedia”, wikipedia, to attack their own colleagues. There is a backlash against theoretical physics in consequence, and intense interest in ECE theory (attached evidence).

Caution Concerning "Physica Scripta"

September 29, 2009

This journal recently published a blatantly incorrect article which absurdly asserts that a frame of reference is not Lorentz covariant. This was in the context of an attack on the B Cyclic Theorem, which is equivalent to the complex circular frame of reference itself. Basis elements transform covariantly, as is well known in a textbook such as S. P. Carroll and in paper 89. Disturbingly, this journal did not allow a reply to this absurd article, and it seems as if the referees were known to the author. They were certainly not competent scientists. An attempted reply of mine was disallowed. In fact I recall that my submission was just ignored despite several reminders. So I am left with no choice but to recommend against publishing in this journal, and against subscribing to it. In 2004 its impact index fell as low as 0.656. In 2005 it struggled up to an ordinary 1.240. This happening was touted by the Institute of Physics as a triumph, being up from an abysmal 0.656 to an ordinary 1.240, 88%. In 2009 it has slipped back again to 0.970, but this was not mentioned by the Institute of Physics. The Institute of Physics itself is coming under the microscope because it is known that it confines submissions of papers to the obsolete standard model. There is a great amount of empty propaganda, but students easily see through this. I would not wish to see anyone going into standard theoretical physics these days, so empty is it of any scientific meaning. No engineer or doctor uses strings and dark matter

Comparitive Impact of ECE Theory

September 29, 2009

This is as follows

Visitor Impact Index of ECE (August 2009) = 202.40
File Impact Index of ECE (August 2009) = 1011.84
Physica B (five year impact index) = 0.782
Acta Physica Polonica A (2009) = 0.34
Foundations of Physics (2008 / 2009) = 0.829
Annalen der Physik (2002) = 1.119

The visitor impact index is number of individual visits to the ECE sites in August 2009 divided by the number of source papers (136 to date). The file impact index is number of hits in August 2009 divided by number of source papers. The ISI journal impact index is number of citations divided by number of articles of all kinds in the journal during a year. To assert that citation is more meaningful than people studying papers is absurd. It is known that every month all the articles on the ECE sites are read.

Caution Concerning Citation Analysis

September 29, 2009

Journal citations are not a good measure of the actual impact of new thought in science. There are many different methods of citation and they give alarmingly different results. Papers and letters Journals in theoretical physics do not even appear in the top twenty journals as measured by the ISI Journal Impact Factor. I refer readers to the new website impact factors which are described in one of the following postings. A much more detailed analysis of feedback for ECE theory is attached, and from the end of this month I will be adding two website impact factors for ECE theory each month. As an example of the chaos in the low impact journal system, “Reviews of Modern Physics” is fifth ranked according to the ISI Journal Impact Factor, but is number 79 in SCImago. The impact of the ECE sites is orders of magnitude higher than that of any journal, even the best ranking journals. The attached analysis proves this beyond doubt.
