I Gymuned Mawr:

The following tactical combination will defeat Beaufort if implemented:

1) A compulsory purchase order from Swansea County Council on the grounds of its own by-laws, which are publicly posted for inspection and are drawn up specifically to protect the environmert. 2) Input of funds from Gren Thomas and others to help the Council buy the land if it has insufficent funds of its own. However the Council can put a penny on the rates to buy the land outright on its own, and set it up as an area of outstanding natural beauty and an area of outstanding heritage. This would attract a great deal of tourist income for example, and gain great praise for the Council internationally. I urge the next Mayor of Swansea, Ioan Richards, County Councillor for Mawr, to put this into action immediately. 3) Approval of 1) and 2) by the Welsh Assembly. However I do not think that the Council needs the approval of anyone, it may act on the basis of its own by-laws and on the basis of the centuries old rights of the graziers. The latter have voted UNANIMOUSLY against the development. In a meeting in Felindre, Beaufort’s agent was sent away with a flea in his ear. This indicares the extent of local fury against the deliberate destruction of their way of life – all for no scientific purporse whatsoever adn all for the unadulterated greed of one individual.

The compulsory purchase will oblige Lord Beaufort to sell the land, which he never visits, and never look after, and the funds will buy it.

Key Difference between ECE and MH

Subject: Key Difference between ECE and MH

To ECE : The key difference between ECE and MH is the spin connection, which is the entity that makes spacetime spin. In MH (Maxwell Heaviside) there is no spin connection, so no possibility of spin connection resonance. Huge resonance effects such as you observe, and such as observed by the Mexican group, come from the resonant property of the spin connection (Bernoulli / Euler). Magnetic motors also work from the spin connection, which introduces a balance into spacetime (paper 74). So I will work these concepts into paper 75 specifically to explain why your effect is 31 orders of magnitude greater than in MH. The key effects are Cartan torsion and spin connection. For a very good introduction to ECE see the book by Lar Felker on http://www.aias.us, the paper by Horst Eckardt and Lar Felker on http://www.aias.us, and the Munich Workshop slides (also on http://www.aias.us). Papers 1 – 75 on http://www.aias.us are the technical papers.

STAIF 2007

OK we are in agreement.Many thanks! I will give a detailed reply shortly as a finished paper. The basic answer is the Cratan torsion, which is zero in the Einstein Hilbert theory. I was asked to contribute to STAIF 2004 on counter gravitation, but was delayed. The units are a very minor point and they turn out to be the same. Just to be precise, this happens as follows. I am used to the following as a chemist. The units of B (magnetic flux density) are (Peter Atkins, “Molecular Quantum Mechanics, OUP, 1983):

B = tesla = weber / m squared = J s / C / m squared

(J = joules, s = seconds, C = coulombs, m = metres).

Energy = – m dot B = J (joules) = kgm m squared / s squared

So the units of magnetic dipole moment are:

m = C m squared / s

The units of angular momentum are J s, the same as the units of action. So the gyromagnetic equation of ESR or NMR is:

m = – (e / (2m) J = (C / kgm) kgm m squared s / s squared

= C m squared / s

This checks and is right.

If you have

B = (m / e) omega

then if B is meant to be magnetic flux density and omega is meant to be angular velocity (radians per second) then the right hand side is:

kgm radians / s / C

= J s / m squared / C = kgm m squared s / (m squared s squared C)

So we have:

B = (-e / (2m) J = – (2m / e) omega

where:

J = angular momentum (J s) and omega is angular velocity (radians per second).

I am most grateful to Stephen Crothers in Australia for taking the time and trouble to gather such damning evidence against Rowlands. I think that Rowlands alias Shrewsbury alias horsehair should come under criminal investigation. Lord Beaufort is acting in a disgraceful manner and if he is not careful the criminal investigation would be extended to him. He is not above the law, no one is above the law. The first line of defence should now be manned, if and when the formal application is made, literally thousands of formal objections should be forwarded to Swansea County Council. The danger is public apathy. In criminal matters I advise that the Local County Councillor, Ioan Richards, should complain strongly to the police about Rowlands on several counts. It is well known that Swansea County Councillors have been heavily lobbied by the developers, and the County Councillor for Mawr (the next Mayor of Swansea) is vehemently opposed to the development. He asked my advice about it as long as eight ten years ago, and I have been campaining against wind power and nuclear power for many years. Introducing nuclear power into Britain would be a major disaster. We only need one more Chernobyl and it is known that the early nuclear power stations such as Dounreay leaked radioactive waste, resulting in many deaths by cancer. The media busted open the cover up. In a Welsh Republic closely allied to the Republic of the USA, no nuclear power would be allowed, as in the USA following Four Mile Island. Heavy nuclear weapons through are a real necssity and NATO should ally itself with Russia against terrrorism. Terrorists do not obey the rules of himan conduct, forcing the democracies to defend themsleves. Peace is kept by great strength in defence. Thanks again to Stephen Crothers!

Dear Professor Evans,

The plot continues to thicken concerning Shrewsbury et al.

In the Swansea Post newspaper, on 21-8-04, Shrewsbury had a letter to the newspaper published, wherein he claimed:

“Wind turbine surveys have found bird strikes are, in general, around one per turbine per year when they are not moving”

This is a rather disingenuous remark – what has it got to do with the price of fish? Transmission poles don’t generally move either, and neither do buildings or railway sleepers and many other man-made and natural objects.

On 25-8-04 Shrewsbury posted to one of his websites the following remark:

“within three months of a Labour victory at a general election I predict a mass building of nuclear power stations will take place”.

Evidently nuclear power stations can, according to Shrewsbury, be planned and under construction at the drop of a hat, and concomitantly en-mass. This claim is obviously nonsense, and a classical example of scare mongering, evidently to favour wind turbines to satisfy Beaufort’s cupidity.

On 2-1-05, live on Swansea Sound Radio, Shrewsbury implicated global warming and a rise in sea level in the Asian Tsunami. However, the Asian Tsunami was, as far as I am aware, due to a major marine seismic event.

On 26-9-04, once again live on Swansea Sound Radio, Shrewsbury claimed that Germany was then getting 20% of its power from solar energy, but the true figure appears to have been something less than 0.05%.

On 28-8-04 Professor David Bellamy lead over a thousand people (mostly locals) in a protest march up Mynydd y Gwair to protest Beaufort’s proposed wind turbines. In the days before the march Shrewsbury publicly stated that he would be there to lead a counter demonstration, in support of Beaufort and his turbines, and that he (i.e. Shrewsbury) would address the crowd. He did not turn up, and instead sent along two young women, one Jan Cliff, and his Deputy Leader of the Wales Green Party, one Miranda La Vey. There was an argument and altercation at the march wherein South Wales Police Officer, Helen Somewrfield, formally cautioned Cliff for hitting over the head with a wooden implement (a stick of sorts) a woman (a Canadian pensioner), who was protesting against the wind turbines.

One Rhodri Griffiths is evidently also a supporter of Beaufort and works closely with Shrewsbury in Beaufort’s interests.

After the last round of elections, Shrewsbury apparently abandoned his mobile “office”, a caravan, and Police had to tow it away as it compromised road safety, at the expense of the taxpayer, of course.

Shrewsbury again sullied his claims to be a professional when, a few years ago, he moved his “clinic”, leaving behind at his former premises many client (he would say patient) files for all and sundry to read; and they apparently were.

I again suggest that these matters be locally verified for accuracy. Local inquiries should be easy to conduct, having the foregoing specific leads to follow up.

Yours faithfully, Stephen J. Crothers.

Energy Efficiency

I fully agree! There is no way in which one is going to heat and light industry and cities in Wales (for example) without coal. The coal industry was destroyed politically by Mrs Thatcher, and with it whole communities. She is now entirely discredited, even by the Tories. A new coal industry would have advanced scrubbing methods to minimize emission, and great efforts would be made to ensure safety, miners would be heavily protected against dust and highly paid. The aim would be to make Wales self sufficient in energy first, then export if possible. Hopefully, Space Energy would phase out coal quite quickly, but wind turbines are a joke.

There are a whole lot of things that can be done to housing to improve energy efficiency. Spending money here at least would give immediate benefits to the public, and help their purse strings at the same time. Better than money on wind turbines.

Subject: Key Strategic Aim

This is to try to persuade the Labour Party now in Government to drop subsidies for wind turbines, and to persuade Swansea County Council and the Welsh Assembly to deny planning permission for any new wind turbines in Wales. They must start to formulate an energy policy based on advanced coal mining techniques and Space Energy. They must be persuaded of the reality of “Space Energy” – it is already here and needs to be supported by Government. I advise this at every opportunity in my capacity as Civil List Scientist and British citizen, and advise the same to Congress and the President as a U..S. citizen. There is no other scientist on the Civil List, so my views should carry weight with the Assembly and Council, and also in Westminster. My views should carry the same weight as those of Dalton, Faraday or Joule. This is the democratic opinion of Parliament (Act appointing me in 2005). I have declared my interest as major shareholder in the proposed new company, so there is no hidden conflict of interest as in the case of the Green Party. This aim should be discussed at the Castle (www.craigynoscastle.co.uk) in January. I give my advice earnestly to the Assembly, as I am perfectly entitled to do, and my Civil List Pension is 1,400 pounds a year.

Myron, all the very best on this endeavour.

The young ones need to know the history which has produced them, so that they can advance into the future having some idea what their heritage cost their forefathers.

This might make them better people.

Kind regards john

PS: I have been making the best of talking to my father (80) and mother (70’s) whilst I still have them. They have such experience to share.

Subject: Photograph of my Grandfather, Thomas Elim Havard-Jones

My grandfather, Thomas Elim Havard-Jones, was the Head Deacon of Elim Baptist Chapel, Craigcefnparc. He is top row on the right in this (upper) photograph of the Deacons in 1939. A man of great sensitivity and intelligence, he was made to be a coal hewer from about the age of 12, as in the previous photograph. He composed four part harmony, played several instruments, and was the Choir Leader and organist, and Brass Band Leader. After research I know that he is probably descended through his mother from Sir Walter Havard (or Havre de Grace) of the Manor of Pontgwilym near Brecon, an eleventh century Norman Knight. The Chapel was of course Welsh speaking. My grandfather was Head Deacon (Prif Ddiacon) to Rev. T. R. Lewis, who officated at the funeral of David Lloyd-George, Earl of Dwyfor, in Criccieth in 1945. I feel that great efforts should be made to conserve and protect all the MAwr Chapels, including the Baptist Chapels: Salem (1777), Gerazim (1801) and Elim (about 1890). Similarly the Independent Chapesl and others. The Unitarian Gellionen Chapel is already listed but a huge pipeline has been driven straight past it, regardless of protest, culture and tradition.

This is very good advice, one begins to appreciate people, landscape, chapels, language and culture only when they are gone. However, I think that there is a bright future for the younger generation, and I am an optimist by nature. We should conserve and at the same time forge ahead.

Obsolete ideas on Space Energy should be discarded in favour of ECE

ECE is the best bet by far we have for explaining Space Energy (www.aias.us feedback). On the one hand the standard model of electromagnetism (Maxwell Heaviside) is special relativity, unable to curve or spin spacetime (to give energy from spacetime) and on the other hand there are many wildly pseudo-scientific ideas which shoudl be made obsolete. Many of these ideas come from a flawed understanding of basic physics, and that’s the problem with Tom Bearden. If he simply makes a statement to say that ECE is rigorous and should be applied to genuine devices, he would gain credibility. He is doubtless a sincere man, and I came to his defence against harassment groups which were thrown off Yahoo, but nature is nature.

Agreed – some of the early attempts to explain “space-energy” were non-starters.

Best, Gareth

As you see there is a huge amount of highe reducationl interest worldwide in our work at AIAS again in the past two weeks, even over the CHristmas holidays. I have kept “Green Party Wales” (so called) fully informed of all the POSITIVE interest. I wonder if they will now admit that they quoted two manic harassers and one prejudiced employee (‘t Hooft) against whom a formal complaint as filed yesterday with his boss teh Dean at Utrecht. I wonder if the Dean has known what ‘t Hooft has been getting up to. If no quotes of the huge amount of positive supprot for ECE theory are forthcoming from Green Party’s Ales, we will all know exactly where they come from – distilled bile. Green Party Wales mysteriously failed to quote the enormous interest in ECE theory which is clearly available on the home page of http://www.aias.us. Lying by omission is their trademark and they are the Beaufort boot boys.

Amazon, IBM (US Connecticut), IBM (US North Carolina), Intel, Layered Technology, Microsoft, Mobile Gas, Motorola, Siemens, Unilever.

Seveal thousand corporations visit http://www.aias.us each month.
