Putting together m theory and rotating frame theory

The m theory is developed considerably in papers such as UFT189, UFT190 and UFT192. The m theory uses the most general spherically symmetric spacetime. In these papers the m theory was meticulously analyzed using analytical and numerical methods, and applied to the deceasing orbit of the binary pulsar. To date the rotating frame theory has been used only with m = 1, using m not equal to one will produce a shrinking and precessing orbit under well defined conditions. The ECE theory by now can cross correlate many new concepts, and has been meticulously cross checked in hundreds of ways. This has convinced the rational scientific world to accept ECE theory because not to do so would violate basic Baconian Principles, in which no anthropomorphic authority can interfere. The Einsteinian general relativity is thoroughly obsolete.
