Section 3 of paper 402

This is an interesting Section 3 by co author Horst Eckardt, containing incisive interpretations of the mathematics. In UFT403 several approximate methods were used to calculate the precession from the general ECE2 force equation, and the orbit calculated using the method of successive approximation. The apsidal method was used to show that the ECE force equations gives the perihelion precession 4 <delta r dot delta r> / 3 r squared. There are several new concepts available now which can be used in combination to give many new results. The vacuum is centrally important to all of physics.

I finished section 3 with some graphical examples and a hint to the relativistic Binet equation (not solvable analytically).
