385(6): Conservation of Antisymmetry for the Dipole Magnetic Field

This note introduces entirely new expressions for the magnetic flux density B and the electric field strength E by considering the Hodge dual field tensor. In ECE2 this is a torsion two form, whose Hodge dual in four dimensions is also a torsion two form. A dipole magnetic field far from a current loop is used to construct the entirely new magnetic vector potential (50) from the new magnetic scalar antisymmetry law (1). This formalism is similar the Hertz potential formalism. The methodology used is consistent with the rest of the note, to consider an experimentally well known static magnetic field, cosntruct the potential, then construct the spin connection needed to conserve antisymmetry.
