FOR POSTING: Final version of UFT384 Sections 1 and 2

This is the final version of UFT384, checked by computer algebra. The final versions of the gravitational vector potential components for forward precession are given in Eqs. (40) and (41), and the final versions of the spin connections in Eqs. (43) and (44). These can now be graphed and analyzed in Section 3. The corrections are on page 8, and can be double checked by computer algebra.
