384(3): Antisymmetry and Forward Precession

This note is a first approximation to the law of antisymmetry in forward orbital precession in a plane. The next notes will deal with the general problem. The first approximation uses the gravitational vector potential (10) and the timelike spin connection (16), resulting self consistently in an elliptical orbit, because this is a quasi Newtonian approximation. The same type of approximation for retrograde precession was developed in Note 384(1).
