347(5): Orbital Precession as a Gravitomagnetic Lorentz Force

This note presents an entirely new perspective on any orbital precession by deriving the gravitomagnetic Lorentz force equation from the minimal prescription and hamiltonian (9). The lagrangian (16) is derived from the canonical momentum and the Euler Lagrange equation (17) gives the gravitomagnetic Lorentz force equation (31) with precession frequency (33). So any precession can be derived from the minimal prescription using ECE2 relativity.
