Final Version of 195(4)

This is the final verison of note 195(4) on the Crothers cosmology, the only valid general relativity based on the infinitesimal line element. UFT 196 will show that general relativity can be developed much more effectively with the spin connection of Cartan. UFT 196 is sheduled to be another co authored paper with Horst Eckardt. All these papers are checked by computer by Horst Eckardt for algebraic correctness, and sometimes with comments on concepts. The series from UFT about 187 onwards is particularly important because the papers completely change the subject of gravitational general relativity, making it much simpler and eventually, in UFT 196, much more powerful. Anyone with a desktop and computer package can check the calculations, but the incisive concepts used to change Einsteinian general relativity arrive on the scene once in about a century. So any reader of those NASA claims of testing Einsteinian GR ever more precisely will know that they are complete nonsense. The data by NASA are very accurate, but the Einstein theory is wrong and obsolete. It will be interesting to see if NASA ever admits this, or will just go on asking for more millions. The government departments studying this site are advised to note these developments and transfer funds to research on new energy. Otherwise NASA will run out of fuel.
