158(5): General Compton Effect Theory without Photon Mass

This is general Compton effect theory without photon mass, in which a moving electron collides with a moving photon (assumed massless for this baseline calculation). The general equation is (59), which corrects the original Compton effect theory where the electron is at rest (in a metal foil subjected to X rays). The next step is to correct this general theory for finite photon mass in a search for another definitive photon mass experiment. As can be seen, QED is not used because of the severe criticism of QED in UFT 85 and in many more papers by many authors. So this is the general Compton effect in classical special relativity.
