January 3, 2010This is an outstanding success in trailer format on youtube, but apparently has not been distributed despite claims by Robert Fucilla that it has been made into a TV series (see following postings). If the film were made available on youtube in its entirety it would generate great interest, but it is not clear whether this can be done. So the film is just gathering dust at present. It is claimed that it cost $500,000 to make. I wrote the script for it and took part in it in the leading scientific role. I have received nothing at all in payment or royalties, neither have A.I.A.S., Kerry Pendergast or Horst Eckardt. Why should such an excellent film be just binned, wasting half a million dollars and thousands of man hours of work? I think that the scientists should be given an opportunity to see some returns on the film as per contract, signed in August 2008.
Mynydd y Gwair Planning Objection Form

I request anyone anywhere in the world who is concerned with basic freedom and democracy to fill out one of these forms and return it to Cardiff either by mail or by e mail. A civil court injunction may also be taken out by all parties combined against this greed ridden assault because it is unlawful. It will completely destroy a unique ecology (www.socme.org) for no reason except that of human greed. There is no global warming, carbon dioxide does not cause runaway global warming, and on a cold windless winter’s day, wind turbines would not generate the warmth of a single coal fire. This form does not bother to use my earned titles of Professor and Gentleman, and did not even bother to use the Welsh language, that of half the people here in Mawr, and my own native language. Even minor damage of the environment is prohibited by Swansea Council by laws, so why is complete destruction being touted so arrogantly? The answer is the crazed greed of an absentee landowner, David Somerset Duke of Beaufort working in collaboration with a foreign company.

Strong Objections to the Mynydd y Gwair Proposal
January 2, 2010I will object in the strongest possible terms to the Mynydd y Gwair appeal to the Assembly (see attached) because there is no global warming, (there is global cooling), and because carbon dioxide does not cause runaway global warming as is very well known by now. About 95% of the local electorate have been opposing this development for some years, it is designed simply to make a lot of profit for an absentee land owner, the Duke of Beaufort, whose right to the land is merely hereditary and feudal and wholly undemocratic. I objected strongly to the original proposal, and have been objecting to these plans for about fourteen years in hundreds of e mail messages and blog postings. I have been in constant communication with Mark Duchamp and lately with Senator Fielding of Australia, who attended Kyoto. There was no agreement at Kyoto and the US Senate is blocking the proposed carbon taxation based on a completely incorrect theory. Similarly there is heavy and increasing opposition to Kyoto all over North America and Europe.
