Oil Shortfall

I am not sure whether this is a temporary shortfall, or a permanent sign of running out of oil reserves. I would have thought that Governments by now would have had plans to ration oil for the petrochemical industry, and to urgently introduce cars running on new fuels, hybrid cars, electric cars and so on. The British Government policy is to increase reliance on nuclear power stations, and this will need new ways of cleaning up nuclear waste. I am not sure whether the London Government wil respect the fact that Wales, like the USA, is nuclear free by unanimous vote of all Councils in Wales. It is clear that very strict safety precautions will be needed for nuclear power stations. The new energy methods advocated on _www.aias.us_ (http://www.aias.us) would be a much safer solution, myriads of domestic and industrial devices can be produced on the now accepted ECE theory and engineering model paper by Dr Eckardt available on _www.aias.us_ (http://www.aias.us) . Nets of engineers are working on this engineering model at present, and the patent offices are now issuing patents on these devices because post ECE it is known that they conserve energy / momentum. The key concept is spin connection resonance, derived directly from the structure of Cartan geometry itself. There is also heavy opposition in Wales to wind turbines, which are scientifically known to be essentially useless.
