The correct order of the rotational frame dragging observed by Garvity Probe B is obtained by rotating the so called Schwarzschild solution to produce the infinitesimal generator of the Cartan torsion. There are major self inconsistencies in the standard model claim that the Einstein Hilbert field equation explains the very precise experimental results of Gravity Probe B or Cassini and the standard model cannot explain the Pioneer / Cassini anomalies at at all. ECE gives a starightforward explanation as in papers 93 to present. In the standard model theory of rotational frame dragging (a term coined by Einstein) there are several major self-inconsistencies on several levels. In ECE theory they are remedied by inclusion of the Cartan torsion. Any line element can be rotated to produce the Cartan torsion, and so this is a new general method applicable to any line element (be it a solution of EH or not). The method produces any precessional effect straightforwardly (e.g. Thomas precession in paper 110). A rigorously self consistent solution to any relativistic problem must be based on the Bianchi identity and its Hodge dual, which give four vector equations linking well defined elements of torsion and curvature (see various summaries in review paper 100). The structure of these equations is the rigorously correct and self-consistent version of the so called “gravitomagnetic equations” of the standard model. Therefore the very obscure term “rotational frame dragging” means the relativistic corrections of the Coriolis and centripetal accelerations. These are obviously due to rotation, and so generate torsion directly. The EH treatment uses a zero torsion from the Christoffel connection, so is from the beginning not able to account self-consistently for rotational frame dragging.

I don’t think that the standard modellers are able any longer to sweep such obvious failings under the carpet. The situation now is that satellites provide very precise data, but these data cannot be explained by EH, they can be explained however by ECE.

94th Paper well read this month

From feedback to _www.aias.us_ ( we can see that the 94th paper is being well read this month. This is the paper by Horst Eckardt, Charles Hubbard, John Shelburne and myself on the design of a new energy device with ECE theory developing the Bedini patents and European industry licence granted to Bedini. Another paper on this theme has been posted by Dr Horst Eckardt recently and there are several such devices available. In ECE these can be understod WITH CONSERVATION OF ENERGY using the well known resonance methods first developed by the Bernoulli’s and Euler. See also paper 63. There has been a spike of interest this month in paper 15, and the third most read paper this month is number 109, proving rigorously the Hodge dual of the Bianchi identity and the basic geometrical flaw in Einstein Hilbert theory. ECE has corrected this flaw by the self-consistent inclusion of torsion, and so has strengthened the theory of relativity. By now I have given several complementary and rigorous proofs of the Hodge dual of the Bianchi identity. It should be noted that eighteen ECE papers have been published (2003 to 2008) in refereed journals in the usual way, for those who put store by this method. There are four books on it published by Abramis, and a virtal bestseller on it by Lar Felker, also published by Abramis. Another very popular book is Kerry Pendergast’s “Crystal Spheres” (Abramis in prep, preprint on _www.aias.us_ ( .) Of course the interest by feedback activity of _www.aias.us_ ( in ECE is astounding by any standards of theoretical physics and a new ECE school of thought has emerged in physics. We have formed a new company, called New Energy Technologies, on the basis of ECE theory, and Prof. Santilli’s hadronic theory (_www.santilli-galilei.com_ ( ) is well known to have produced a revolutionary and clean burning new fuel called magnegas under the Carter administration. Finally I thank Gianni Ciacchetta for posting the 110th paper on the Thomas precession, and this has started its run and can be seen in the feedback activity. Spanish translations of some of the articles on _www.aias.us_ ( are being prepared, and the Spanish translation of Horst Eckardt’s article on space energy is the most popular item this month. There are translations into several languages of the very popular introductory article on ECE by Horst Eckardt and Lar Felker.

Thanks for your interest! The ECE theory uses torsion and curvature on all scales (sub atomic to cosmological) and is a rigorous theory of relativity in which energy / momentum is always conserved. It reduces to all the main equations of physics in well defined limits and over five years has been tested against many data across physics and chemistry. Its precursor gauge theories go back to 1992 with the inference of the B(3) spin field at Cornell from the inverse Faraday effect. In energy from spacetime, in which we have started a new comapny called “New Energy Technologies”, energy momentum is also conserved. In the past, the US Patent Office has routinely rejected applications in this field in th past on the grounds of violation of energy / momentum. In papers such as 63, 94 and in papers by Dr Horst Eckardt, a Director of the new company, we apply spin connection resonance to build new devices with conservation of energy. So I hope that the US and EEC legisaltures will open public funding opportunities for these new devices. Patents should now be isued becasue theere are working models and an interntaionally accepted EEC theory (four year daily monitoring of _www.aias.us_ ( shows five to six million hits, whose quality has been consistently of the highest). So it is time to support venture companies with public as well as private funding. Not only are there working models, but they are also diversified, and so form a good basis for a company.

I would like to know if your model considers or requires that there are metric torsions in a cosmic scale. That would violate energy conservation and relativity (if the torsional angle is larger that 45 degrees)… This is easy to see if you do a dimensional renormalization and consider a spacetime with only two spatial coordinates.

Under those conditions any torsion in a cosmic scale would mean that a body traveling inertially away from you would eventually get accelerated tangentially, thus gaining kinetic energy from the spacetime torsion.

Also that also begets the question on what is causing the torsion and why spacetime doesn’t relax. Spacetime has to relax or to have a restoring force if one believes that there are gravitational waves.

This rotation produces a correction to the Coriolis acceleration to the correct order, and so produces the Lense Thirring effect to the correct order, but in so doing a non-Christoffel connection is introduced. Therefore the EH treatment of this phenomenon is self-inconsistent, because no rotational motion can be described by a Christoffel symbol. I will shortly give the details of the calculation in note 111(2). Relatively simple calcualtions such as this easily reveal the severe internal inconsistency in EH, so the only available consistent theory of general relativity is ECE. I can easily repeat this calculation for the most general spherically symmetric line element.

I will send out note 111(1) on the mathematical background of the Coriolis and centripetal accelerations. The relativistic correction in the precession of the Foucault pendulum depends on the Coriolis acceleration of the Earth. The precession is a rotation with time of the plane of the pendulum. The Thomas correction to this precession can be observed at Nijmegen. The Lense Thirring effect is essentially a relativistic correction that involves the Coriolis and centripetal accelerations but worked out with a rotating so called Schwarzschild metric. The approach to these rotational effects should be re-worked entirely self-consistently with the ECE field equations, (gravitomagnetic equations). In papers 110 and 111 I am developing a first approach based on a rotated line element for various metrics. Following papers 93 to 110 no physical conclusion can be reached from the incorrect geomerty of the EH equation. This is the strongest argument against Big Bang.

If you can achieve for superconductors what you have for space energy devices then, need-less-to-say, this would be another major technological advance Myron. What is needed from ECE theory again are the equations and conditions that result in superconductivity – so that it can be modelled and extrapolated to room temperature.Best, Gareth

This is around the time that I had developed paper 49. It was entitled “You can tell a Big Bang cosmologist (i.e “Harvard man” in the original good natured banter from Yale) but you cannot tell him too much”. It made the point that paper 49 wsa built around the interaction of light with inter-stellar gravitation via the homogeneous current of ECE theory. This is the cause of Beer Lambert absorption and refraction (change of frequency as in a prism, the red shift). Radio absorption of the inter-galactic medium is known experimentally. Vigier et al. had shown that this type of absorption is preferred to Big Bang using five critical tests: 1) angular size; 2) redshift; 3) Hubble diagram test; 4) galaxy number count; 5) differential log N log S test. If we accept the background Penzias Wilson radiation (a big if) the 2.7 K is the mean temp of the Universe, indicating a dark night sky. In ECE cosmology this background (if it exists) would be due to the Beer Lambert law as in paper 49. Interaction of gravitation and light with the homogeneous current j cause absorption and heating. From the Stefan Boltzmann law the mean black body temp emitted form the heated universe is 2.7 K. This resolves the Olbers paradox. In general red shifts are spectra in ECE theory. The origin and distribution of elements is as described by the Pinter Hypothesis, some parts of the univrese may be locally expanding or contracting, but overall the universe is boundless and without beginning or end.


Lense Thirring Effect

I think I will plan paper 111 on this effect using the rotation of non-Minkowski line elements. In paper 93 general line elements were considered by computer algebra, including one given by Stephen Crothers, which was found to be mathematically correct within its terms of definition. In fact we found that all of Steve’s work was correct, while one of the much vaunted Kerr metrics was incorrect in that it did not obey the Ricci cyclic (so called first Banchi of the standard model). Another less general metric is given by Carroll, and the others such as so called Schwarzschild are exact solutions of EH. Each of these can be rotated as in paper 110 to give an experimentally observable precession. Brill and Cohen in 1966 used the rotation of so called Schwarzschild to give the Lense Thirring effect. However all treatments of LT to date have used Christoffel connections. As shown in paper 110 this is self inconsistent because rotation generates a non-Christoffel gamma connection and a non-zero torsion. The Christoffel torsion is always zero. Then in paper 112 I plan to develop the diagonal tetrad factorization of the metric.
