216(10): Summary of the New Cosmology and Universal Law of Gravitation

This is a summary of the transition law (1) inferred by Horst Eckardt and of the new universal law of gravitation which is able to describe all known orbits and predict a vast array of hitherto unknown orbits. I have never seen such a vast amount of new knowledge emerge so suddenly in such a simple and powerful way, by adding one term to the inverse square law of Robert Hooke and Isaac Newton. The educational process is greatly helped by the great power of the contemporary internet, so all will know already that the twentieth century thought is obsolete. Discovery is something in which all humankind can share, and I think that the general public can understand all this quite easily.
