I will now write up some more of paper 61 – in which graphs of resonances in
the H atom radial orbitals will eventually appear – the first graphs of an
entirely new type of science that takes energy from space-time. This paper will
be in co-authorship with Dr Horst Eckardt of the Siemens Corporation, which
therefore has an industrial edge over competitors in this revolutionary
technology. If fairness of assessment can be achieved in Britain I hope to participate
in this work as an EPSRC Senior Fellow in the University of Glamorgan, or in
some similar salaried capacity. I have been working for science voluntarily
without salary for over a decade and am effectively the most senior British
scientist on merit. CiviL List scientist

Some Remarks about the EDCL

To Michael Krause: I would not mind filming some more some day if you are
interested, some more poetry and autobiography, maybe an autobiographical feature
film on why I have been given such a run around by the academic system in
Wales. The main problem was appointment without advertisement or currupt
appointment. Looks as if the Aberystwyth fellows are getting nervous about all these
bones in the cupboard. It needs someone from Europe to make the Welsh people
look at themsleves objectively. Is this the kind of country they want? I regard
myself as being outside this cosy system and I am appointed directly by the
Queen herself upon the advice of the Prime Minister. This appointment was duly
voted in by Parliament. Myron

In my note entitled “Derivation of the Lemma” the key step is eq. (4), where
R is defined. The Lemma emerges then in only two steps.

To Ken Walters, I am getting multiple e mail messages deliberately sent from
you containing blank messages, none will do. If you have nothing to say, say
nothing. Don’t you want to congratulate me on my appointment? Aren’t you happy
with the fact that an Aberystwyth graduate has been appointed to the Civil
List? If not, why not in more than one hundred blank spaces, otherwise prove the
ECE Lemma. Is this how a professor at UWA responds to a member of the general
public?

To John Shelburne, US Navy: I do not think that there is any hidden agenda
against ECE theory in Britain, but there is the problem of bureaucracy and
hidden power in science. The hidden power is in the form of anonymous refereeing.
In the US the Supreme Court has severely criticised this academic refereeing
system as being essentially corrupt, but in Britain the system is still
controlled by anonymous referees who often lack basic competence. I hope that the
British Government can cut through this system, which is similar to the masonic
system in Britain. No Labour M.P.’s are allowed now to be freemasons. If I
applied direct to the EPSRC I would not get a fair hearing judging on past
experience, so I have appealed to the Government to step in in view of the urgency of
the energy crisis. In Wales the system is controlled by half a dozen
individuals, often with little or no real ability. MWE

To Bill George: I have of course published in all the leading referrred
journals in my time, including Proc. Roy. Soc., Phys. rev. Lett., adn in over fift
yother first rank journals, having been referred about 1,500 times. ECE
should be published there beyond any doubt, because of its correctness, its
timelinesss and unprecedented worldwide impact. It all depends on whether fair
assessment is yet possible because ECE challenges string theory. The problem I have
is that even Fellows of the Royal Society tell me that they are unfamilar with
basics. This answer is not easily understandable. I have been asked why I am
not an FRS. Again this is a matter for others to answer. The FRS election
procedure requries two nominators and a 2/3 majority at a meeting. So I need two
nominators presumably. Being appointed directly by the Queen, the Patron of the
Royal Society, upon the advice of the Royal Society itself to the Prime
Minister, I should obviously by an FRS in logic. My predecessors appointed to the
Civil List were all also elected FRS: Herschel, Dalton, Faraday, Joule,
Heaviside, and Airy in physics and chemistry. I am the only person appointed to the
Civil List and not yet elected FRS. I was advised by AIAS Fellow David Hamilton
that I am up for a Nobel Prize, he has already been nominated for a Nobel
Prize. These are matters for others to explain. Ken Walters is an FRS and a
mathematician, so he may be able to explain why I am not an FRS. Recall that my Ph.
D. supervisor, Mansel Davies, refused an FRS three times. These matters
therefore appear to be not completely scientific, i.e. there is an element of luck
in the process, and Mansel did not like this. Myron

I have added your address to the AIAS distribution list – some of these
messages are a bit technical, but they give an overall daily summary of progress.
As you see, Horst Eckardt has now obtained the first resonance graphs for the H
atom. I have congratulated him on this major advance, which we plan to write
up in paper 61 of the ECE series.
